Looking for the Light Service – Tonight (Tue 15)

Christmas is a season of celebration and thanksgiving as we remember the birth of Jesus, God with us, Emmanuel. But not everyone feels like celebrating. For those who are unwell, lonely, struggling with difficult or broken relationships, grieving the loss of a loved one, concerned about finance or the future, Christmas can be very difficult.

At 7.00 pm on Tuesday 15 December we are holding a service at St Stephen’s called “Looking for the Light,” that seeks to recognise this and engage with those who are struggling. A quiet, thoughtful service with time for reflection, prayer and some carols. Please come and join us if you think this might be helpful for you or pass the information on to anyone who you think might benefit from such a service.
