Sabbatical Diary – Day 51

Sunset from our B&B in Tywyn. Fabulous.

Relaxed morning at St Davids as not too far to travel today. Another beautiful day. Up to Fishguard, then Cardigan, then along the coast, with Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, and Aberdovey highlights along the way.

Fairly dramatic encounter with three birds of prey, very low, just above us, within about a mile of each other. Think they were buzzards, but not 100% sure. Very, very impressive.

We have a really nice room,with a big bay window, looking directly out to sea, with panoramic views up and down the coast. Sat out on balcony of (empty) room next door earlier. (With permission.) Wonderful.

Travel free day tomorrow. May take a trip on Talyllyn Railway.
